How to delete your account from TrueCaller

Before you proceed, ensure you have access to the TrueCaller app on your mobile device and are logged in to your account.

Steps to delete your account

On Android:

1. Open the TrueCaller app on your Android device.
2. Tap on the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top-left corner.
3. Go to "Settings."
4. Select "Privacy Center."
5. Tap on "Deactivate" at the bottom of the screen.
6. Confirm your decision by tapping "Yes."

On iOS:

1. Open the TrueCaller app on your iOS device.
2. Tap on the profile icon in the top-left corner.
3. Go to "Settings."
4. Select "Privacy Center."
5. Tap on "Deactivate" at the bottom of the screen.
6. Confirm your decision by tapping "Yes."

To Remove Your Number from TrueCaller Database:

1. Visit the TrueCaller unlisting page: TrueCaller Unlist Page
2. Enter your phone number with the correct country code (e.g., +1 for the USA).
3. Complete the CAPTCHA verification.
4. Click on the "Unlist Phone Number" button.

Notes

• Deactivating your account will remove your information from the TrueCaller app, but to ensure your number is removed from the TrueCaller database, you must also complete the unlisting process.
• It may take up to 24 hours for your number to be removed from the TrueCaller database.
